1. Technology overview
SASAKI is a Vietnamese drying equipment brand of ORGEN International Trade Investment and Development JSC, with headquarters in Hanoi, a southern office in Ho Chi Minh City and a factory in Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh. It helps agricultural, herbal and seafood processors dry products while keeping colour, aroma and nutrients and cutting the electricity cost of conventional hot-air drying.
Its cold dryers use a closed-loop heat pump that dehumidifies air before it enters the chamber, drying at 20 to 60 degrees C with control of temperature, humidity and airflow and storage of up to 1,000 drying programmes. The range covers cold dryers from 100 kg to about 3 tonnes of raw material per batch, freeze dryers, vacuum dryers, shock freezers and fine powder grinders. Customers include cooperatives and food companies making dried herbs, flowers, fruit, kudzu starch and pennywort products.

5. Market trends & opportunities
Vietnam is pushing deep processing of farm produce to raise export value and reduce dependence on fresh exports, and dried fruit, herbs and seafood are growing segments. Rising electricity costs and stricter export standards favour low-temperature, energy-efficient drying that keeps natural colour and nutrients.
