Skillvue, operated by Algojob S.r.l. in Milan, Italy, was founded in 2021 by Nicolò Mazzocchi and Simone Patera. It addresses the lack of objective skills data in hiring, performance and learning decisions by running AI-based assessments of hard skills, soft skills, digital competencies and motivation.

The platform describes itself as a skills operating system built around a customer's own competency framework. Its Map, Predict and Decide layers run psychometric verifications in 50+ languages, add an AI co-pilot for readiness and gap analysis, and feed auditable data into existing HR systems.
