Spacely AI is a Bangkok-based startup offering AI interior design and room rendering tools for designers, architects, realtors and homeowners. A July 2025 funding article reports a US$1 million seed round led by PropTech Farm Fund III, following a pre-seed investment from SCB 10X.

The main product, Realistic Render, turns a sketch, 3D model or room photo into a photorealistic render, with Edit, Lighting, Furnish and Enhance modes. Team Canvas provides a shared workspace with shared credits and access controls, and a SketchUp extension renders models without leaving SketchUp. The company reports over 1,500 design firms in more than 50 countries.

Renders are produced in under 60 seconds according to the website, and lighting, materials, furniture and layout can be revised without rebuilding files. Teams share projects and credits in one workspace. A free trial requires no credit card.

Generative AI is shortening the concept and visualisation stage for architects, interior designers and property sellers. Vietnamese design studios and real estate developers who produce many concept boards and sales visuals can use such tools to speed up client approval.
