Supabase is a fully remote company with employees in more than 50 countries; its privacy notice names Supabase Pte. Ltd. as the data controller and its footer reads Supabase Inc. It offers an open-source Postgres development platform that lets teams build web, mobile and AI applications without assembling their own backend, and says nearly 10 million developers build on it.

Every Supabase project is a dedicated Postgres database with auto-generated REST and GraphQL APIs, a table and SQL editor and more than 40 extensions. Optional modules add authentication with Row Level Security, S3-compatible storage with Iceberg analytics and vector buckets, realtime change feeds and presence, globally distributed Edge Functions and pgvector embeddings. The company is fully remote and holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification, with HIPAA compliance.
