Varadise COSMOS Digital Twin and Athena AI

Varadise is a Hong Kong-grown digital engineering company founded in 2019, according to TechNode, with its website listing a headquarters in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong and serving Hong Kong and Singapore. In January 2025 it raised a US$3 million Series A led by Betatron Venture Group with the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund.

The COSMOS platform aggregates project data into digital twins, combining BIM, GIS, AI and IoT sensors, and the Athena AI Agent analyses that data. Modules cover safety, quality, progress and administration for construction, plus facility and city or infrastructure solutions.
