1. Technology overview
Arteris, Inc. is a US semiconductor IP company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Campbell, California, listed on Nasdaq under ticker AIP. It was built to solve the growing complexity of connecting dozens of processing blocks inside a modern system-on-chip by offering ready-made, configurable on-chip interconnect technology instead of requiring each chipmaker to design that wiring from scratch.
Arteris licenses network-on-chip (NoC) IP such as FlexNoC and the cache-coherent Ncore, plus CodaCache last-level cache IP and the Magillem suite of SoC integration and connectivity-automation tools. Customers include semiconductor and systems companies such as AMD, Samsung, NXP, Bosch, Mobileye, Renesas, Microchip and STMicroelectronics, which embed the IP into chips for automotive, AI, aerospace and consumer-electronics products.
2. Highlighted features & specifications
1. FlexNoC interconnect: configurable non-coherent network-on-chip IP linking processing blocks inside an SoC.
2. Ncore cache-coherent NoC: interconnect IP for multi-core, cache-coherent SoC architectures.
3. CodaCache: last-level cache IP that improves memory bandwidth utilization and system performance.
4. Magillem connectivity and packaging: automation software for SoC integration, register and chip-assembly design.
5. Cycuity Radix: hardware security-verification software identifying vulnerabilities before chip fabrication.
6. Broad customer base: IP embedded by AMD, Samsung, NXP, Bosch, Mobileye and other major chipmakers.
One platform connecting startups, corporations, research institutions, regions and investors
