Galdieria Blue Natural Colorant

Galdieria Blue is a phycocyanin-rich extract from the microalga Galdieria sulphuraria, made by fermentation. It is an acid-stable natural blue colorant for acidic beverages, confectionery and fruit preparations, and industrial production has started at Huvepharma.
