Tes Global Ltd is a UK education company that began in 1910 as the Times Educational Supplement and now works with 25,000 schools in over 100 countries, with offices including London, Sheffield, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney and Dubai. In 2025 it acquired Education Horizons, the developer of Engage, a school management information system for independent, fee-paying and international schools.

Engage is an all-in-one MIS built on a single database. Engage School handles admissions, student records, documents, invoices, assessment reports and communications at school, group and individual level; Engage Teaching covers attendance registers, behaviour tracking in a configurable daybook, assessments and remote learning; Engage Finance provides accounting, budgeting, invoicing and expense tracking. A cloud Parent App gives families push notifications, timetables and fee payments. Workflows, forms and school-specific terminology are customisable, with multi-language capability, a REST API and integrations with Wonde and Stripe.
