1. Technology overview
AutoVRse, operated by TDW Technologies Inc., has helped enterprises create and deploy VR for training since 2016. It serves pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive, retail and FMCG, oil and gas, and power companies, reporting 100+ enterprise customers, 250+ large deployments and more than 500,000 workers trained. Co-founder and CEO is Ashwin Jaishanker.
VRseBuilder is an all-in-one platform to create and deploy VR training modules at scale. It combines pre-made EHS, compliance and equipment modules with custom modules that replicate a client's own machines and workflows. Administrators manage users, devices, content, schedules, quizzes and assessments, with analytics, multiplayer sessions, hand tracking, a VR and mixed-reality toggle, a language editor and LMS integration. It can be deployed in the cloud or on premises. AutoVRse also offers AI field assistance on smart glasses and AI safety observation.
2. Highlighted features & specifications
- Pre-made module library: EHS safety, compliance and equipment training for manufacturing and life sciences.
- Custom module creation: replicas of a client's equipment, workflows and story.
- Training management: user, content and device management, scheduler, quizzer and assessment editor.
- Analytics: standard and advanced analytics with assessment dashboards.
- Immersive options: multiplayer, hand tracking and a VR and mixed-reality toggle.
- Localisation and integration: language editor, LMS and mail integration, cloud or on-premises deployment.
3. Potential application
- Steel and cement plants in Vietnam training new operators on equipment and lockout procedures in VR before shop-floor work.
- Pharmaceutical factories running GMP and gowning modules for production staff.
- Power generation companies using EHS modules for contractor safety induction.
4. Benefits
- Scale across plants: JSW scaled VR training to more than 100,000 workers across six plants with multilingual support.
- Transparent entry pricing: platform plans start at USD 199 per month and pre-made modules from USD 50 per module per month.
- Training on the client's own equipment: custom modules replicate specific machines and workflows.
- Low-risk pilots: a three-month pilot includes up to five modules, two headsets in select regions and 500 users.
5. Market trends & opportunities
Heavy industry in India, the Gulf and Southeast Asia is expanding capacity while facing high frontline turnover and strict safety expectations, which strains traditional classroom and on-the-job training. VR modules let plants train large multilingual workforces consistently, and AI on smart glasses extends support onto the shop floor. Vietnam's steel, cement, energy and pharmaceutical plants face similar onboarding and safety challenges.
